traden Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 2026 · traden ("From one batch to the next") operates purely as a peer-to-peer student discovery platform connecting buyers and sellers within educational campuses.
1. Nature of Marketplace
traden provides a digital discovery and communication medium for students to list academic books, notes, electronics, and campus essentials. traden does not own, inspect, verify, or warehouse any listed items.
2. User Accounts & Eligibility
Users must be authentic students or faculty members utilizing valid Google authentication credentials. You are entirely responsible for all activity under your account and must maintain account security.
3. Direct User Responsibility
All product conditions, pricing negotiations, inspections, financial transactions, and physical exchanges are handled solely and directly between the buyer and seller. traden is not a party to any trade.
4. Zero-Tolerance for Prohibited Content
Listings and chats are strictly moderated by automated AI guards. Posting fake, stolen, harmful, explicit, or illegal items (including drugs, weapons, or personal selfies/chats) will lead to instant bans and potential legal action.
5. Safe Campus Meetups
Users are strongly advised to conduct exchanges inside college campuses, libraries, canteens, or secure public zones during daylight hours. traden holds no liability for off-campus disputes or incidents.
6. No Advance Payments
traden strongly discourages sending online advance money. Buyers should physically inspect items during meetups before handing over cash or completing payments. We assume no liability for financial losses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, traden and its administrators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from transactions, interactions, or platform downtime.
