• Interaction Data: Peer-to-peer chat messages, safety reports, user reviews, and college onboarding requests.

Your information is strictly utilized to operate and secure the marketplace, including authenticating student profiles, facilitating peer communication, displaying relevant campus listings, and running automated AI safety filters to prevent prohibited content uploads. We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers.

3. Financial Information & Security Warning

traden operates purely as a peer-to-peer discovery platform and does not process online payments, checkout gateways, or financial banking transactions. We will never ask users to share OTPs, UPI PINs, bank account passwords, or sensitive financial credentials. Users are solely responsible for conducting safe offline transactions and should report suspicious activity immediately.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your profile data and listings for as long as your account remains active. If you wish to delete your account or listings, you can manage them directly through your profile. In case of safety violations or scam reports, chat logs and reports may be reviewed by administrators and retained for security and legal compliance.
