traden is a peer-to-peer student discovery platform. Both buyers and sellers must independently verify product condition, secure payment, and meetup safety before completing any transaction. traden holds no liability for off-platform financial deals or disputes.

For Buyers 🛒

✅Meet only inside college campus, library, or well-lit public campus areas.

✅Thoroughly inspect books, electronics, or items physically before making payment.

✅Never pay any advance money online before seeing the item in person.

✅Never share your OTP, UPI PIN, banking passwords, or personal sensitive details.

✅Keep all negotiations inside traden chat. Avoid sharing personal phone numbers.

For Sellers 📦

✅Mention physical defects, scratches, or missing parts honestly in the description.

✅Verify physical cash or successful bank transfer notification before handing over the item.

✅Do not trust unverified or fake payment screenshots sent over chats.

✅Meet only in safe public campus zones during daytime hours.

✅Report suspicious buyers, scammers, or policy violators immediately to admins.

Zero-Tolerance Policy & Reporting

traden maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against prohibited items (drugs, weapons, explicit material, and personal selfies/chats). Report fake listings, scam attempts, advance payment pressure, or suspicious users immediately. traden admins review reported chats and listings, and reserve the right to permanently ban violating accounts and cooperate with institutional or legal authorities.
